Comic Relief 2015

Poor innocent children suffering from disease, imagine that, your nearest hospital is miles away, imagine that, and when you do get to the hospital it is dark and dirty and there is only one doctor so you have to queue for hours, imagine that.  These children need money.  What if that was you?  Red Nose Day enables these children, babies, families, to have clean water, a doctor near them. Imagine that.  The huge beaming smile on their faces, imagine that.  It is so easy.  Text or phone.  All of the money goes to a good cause.  You are helping change people's lives, just imagine that.  Raise money, make your face funny for money, dress in red, have a cake sale, use your imagination.  Just imagine and you can help Comic Relief raise money on Red Nose Day.  Together we can all help.

Written by Sasha S, Year 6

Thank you so much for all of your support; we have raised almost £280 towards this amazing cause.

Chorleywood Primary School Rated Best School in Hertfordshire

We were absolutely delighted to discover that we were joint 73rd in the BBC News Primary Schools League Tables and even more excited that our attainment was the highest in Hertfordshire!  We were able to share our story with the Watford Observer last week, which can be viewed by clicking this link.

It was also overwhelming to receive this letter from the Rt Hon David Laws MP recognising our amazing results.
